Real Estate Prices Fly and Values are Soaring
Funny how the Observer can spin a yarn.
First we have the Business Journal saying we lost 9 percent in the values of our houses, over the last year, and that was on top of the losses from before
Then we get a notice on the Charlotte.com site extolling the fact our prices are soaring.
And Tayor Batten said earlier they would only report the facts. Maybe he needs to get with the other part of the Observer.
