Why is the Observer so scared of questions?
Have you even called and asked a question or even made your opinion known to the Charlotte Observer?
How many times have they published comments, letters and the like from average people? Of course the get a few letters to the editor in, but how about all the other submissions they ignore.
This site is designed to get Ann Caulkins out of her office and into the real Charlotte. We want her to see why her paper is in a free fall.
