One has to wonder why? How about a Conservative Writer? How about a Conservative member of the Editorial Staff?

And is it not funny how all almost all the stories he presents seem tilted?

I called an offered to take a writer from the Observer up to Washington for free so they could cover the Tea Party Rally. They said they had a writer going up for the Illegal Immigration Rally on Sunday and would not be covering the rally on Sat. against Health Care. Just thought you would want to know.

Who can I vilify next under the rouse of news for the Observer?

It has been mentioned by someone in the industry that when we write about a writer at the Observer they seem to be laid off not too soon afterwards.

So therefore we are writing a series on Tommy Tomlinson.

First he writes for the Observer and since he got back from his time at Harvard he has become a writer which should only be in a large city that can….. well let’s just say appreciate his talents and leave it at that.

More to come, often and very soon on this Tommy and his stories.

Actually Bill James is understanding the problem a little. The CDC report was about herpes only with the 48% infection rate. Mr. James was refering to STD’s (do I need to explain the difference?) being over 50% in this age group. I would venture to guess it is more like 70% but that is the trick with government agencies trying to be PC. They do not want to know and therefore they (and their MSM mouthpieces) can disbarge anyone trying to say otherwise.

If you have ever worked in financial companies you would realize, at the “Executive” level, it is 95% white with a diversity hiring there for show. Don’t believe it…outside of Citibank, go look at the CEO and boards of every major financial institution in the U.S.

Being at the top of a U.S. financial institution means being lilly white and male…almost like being a U.S. Senator!

But we never see the small business owner taking the hit…the public hit that dissuades further hiring of the illegal.

Now corporations…

When a job can be done overseas (India, China, Brazil, Phillipines for example) the tax dollars associated with that job are gone.

Yet, the company continues to benefit from infrastructure here in the U.S. MY tax dollars paid for the infrastructure, yet I can’t get that job unless I am willing to move to India (at my expense) and take a 60% – 80% reduction in wages.

Yet those same companies are looking for tax handouts wherever they can find them!

Funny…those same companies that can’t possibly expand are growing like wild in India, China, and Manilla.

Businesses in general are looking to drive down their costs and take as much as they can. If that means cutting a thousand workers in Charlotte and re-hiring them in Mumbai…so be it.

Bill James’ problem is the glee to which he points out the short commings of groups that don’t fit his ideal vision. He reads the numbers (then rereads them to correct his original first mistakes of understanding). He doesn’t ask the nuanced questions of why or probe deaper, just makes generalizations and pronouncements.

Correct.

Bill james has much larger issues to concern himself with like how to cut taxes, make CharMeck more business friendly, and how to weed out and reduce waste in our local government.

Yet his fixation is with AA’s including his latest foray into herpes. Funny…I have NEVER heard “So what is the AA herpes infiltration like in CharMeck” come up in any meeting I have ever been a part of related to business. Maybe just the meetings Bill James attends.

Just to toss out some observations, ideas and comments.

1) It’s not that I think AA are more or less promiscuous. They may use condoms less. The rate of out of wedlock sex is probably about the same among the same age groups.

2) Clustering. AA’s tend to live in more urban areas a greater part of whites live in more rural areas. I wonder what the ratio even within the AA community is for those who live in more urban areas versus those who live in more rural areas. It just seems like it could spread faster through an urban area just due to the number of people that are present. One very promiscuous person in a city has more chances to spread a disease than one in a rural area.

Make Charlotte so nice that everyone who can not afford to pay will want to live here or something like that story.

If you read this editorial you will swell up with pride that the Observer is wanting to give more free stuff paid for with our money.

What they don’t do is a study that shows just how this grand experiment actually works. Why not get say 50 of these previous stepping stone houses/housing which have been in play for say two years to at 15 years and show us how they have worked. I will bet you will find they are just low cost or free housing for life.
